World Wide Crisis

Now is the best time to really be careful in spending for things we need and things we don’t need. We are very much aware of the recession that’s happening all over the world and we should be very sensitive to lucrative spending.

Let’s first prioritize our basic needs like food. Hence, eating the right kind of foods should be on our top list. Avoid or if its really impossible thing for you, try to minimize eating junk foods, fatty foods and high in sugar kind of foods like chocolates, cakes and candies that will only satisfy our cravings today yet in the long run you get to suffer health problems.

As the saying goes “You are what you eat.”

Start eating the right kind of foods and you get to enjoy life as you grow older.

The best foods are high in fiber,  low in cholesterol and sugar. Try to avoid processed foods and enjoy a fresh meal most of the time. Dining out can be very attractive but foods that’s home cook is still the best choice.

Being a Full-time Mother and Working From Home

Being a mother of three (Audrick Rafael - 4, Audrey Rose - 2, Austin Reece - 2 months old)  seemed really difficult for me to handle all the kids and do other things aside from household chores. I used to think that it would be impossible for me to be a full-time housewife at the same time earn extra income on the side. But with this great opportunity in Herbalife, I get to enjoy my time with my family and at the same earn a good amount of income on the side.

What I like most is the training system that gives me an opportunity to enhance my skills and develop myself as a person. Last year I went to Singapore and Malaysia to attend the Herbalife leadership training and refine my skills.

After nine months of staying at home and giving birth to a healthy baby boy, I can once again be on the road to meet new people and work from home. I can’t wait to share this great opportunity once again.

Is fatty food content bad for my health?

Being healthy means a lot of things. As I have discussed in my previous article, “What is Wellness”, it should be treated not solely on the food but also on other aspects like mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Now, what most people usually do is they consider eating fatty foods as bad. They tend to focus on eating the wrong foods in their struggle to maintain a thin body. I say “thin”, because being healthy doesn’t necessarily mean you are too thin.

Our body needs the right amount of healthy fats, nutrients and fiber to stay healthy. What is amazing is that, eating protein rich foods help a lot in maintaining healthy body. Taking away those excess weight should be done the natural way. Eating a low calorie diet will help a lot in your quest for maintaining a healthy weight.
